Our Board of Directors & Team
The Farmington Land Trust (FLT) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board members serve a three-year term and contribute to the organization’s education, stewardship, acquisition, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.

FLT also has three part-time employees.

Our executive director oversees the land trust’s operations and partners with the board, staff, volunteers, community and other conservation groups to advance FLT's mission.

Our education coordinator helps ensure the delivery of quality environmental educational programming, and

Our development coordinator supports efforts related to community outreach and communications, fundraising, and organizational operations.
