About the event

Sundays: Sept. 13, Oct. 18, Nov. 15 & Dec. 13 from 1-3 p.m.

The transition from fall into winter in New England is one of the most beautiful—and busiest—times of year. We can rush through our days without really noticing the places we treasure. This four-session series* invites us to spend unhurried time with the land through the changing season.

Join us for forest bathing—the practice of immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of the forest. During these guided walks at the stunning West District Nature Preserve, we’ll open our senses, focus our attention, and experience the calming, restorative qualities of nature. Returning to the same place each month, we’ll notice what has changed on the land—and perhaps within ourselves.

Whether you already feel at home in nature or are simply curious to experience it in a new way, you are warmly invited.
