Event Spotlight

We hosted a Fall Flower Fundraiser held on Sunday, September 26 the at the Wilcox-Bushley Homestead..

The thirty people who attended were treated to a flower arranging demonstration by expert Maryann Harr. With flourish, finesse and flowers donated from FLT Board member and farmer Jen Villa from Hein/ Farmington Farmtruck.

Mary Ann brought her talent, tips, and tools of the trade to the table, along with her sense of humor and style. Participants learned how to create simple and beautiful flower arrangements to take home.

It was a lovely fall day to being outside and enjoying the bounty of the land. The event raised $1000!
