The Farmington Land Trust (FLT) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board members serve a three-year term and contribute to the organization’s education, stewardship, acquisition, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.

FLT also has three part-time employees.

• Our executive director oversees the land trust’s operations and partners with the board, staff, volunteers, community and other conservation groups to advance FLT's mission.

• Our development coordinator supports efforts related to community outreach and communications, fundraising, and organizational operations.

• Our education coordinator helps ensure the delivery of quality environmental educational programming.
